Having personally experienced the menopause, I can understand the impact it can have on a woman's physical and emotional well-being. The lack of knowledge, coupled with the struggle to find the right support, made my journey through menopause exceptionally challenging. I faced many obstacles, not knowing where to start, difficulty securing timely GP appointments (not their fault), and a general lack of understanding about the hormonal imbalances affecting my body.
