Terms of Booking

1. How to Book

Appointments are arranged directly via phone, email, or in person – we do not offer online booking at this time.
Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide all the relevant appointment details.

2. New Client Deposit

A £50 deposit is required for all new clients to secure your first appointment.

• This applies to both hormone and aesthetic services.

• Deposits are paid via bank transfer – details provided upon booking.

• The deposit will be deducted from your appointment cost.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled with sufficient notice.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

• Missed appointments (“no-shows”) may be charged the full treatment fee.

4. Arriving on Time

Please arrive promptly.
Late arrivals may shorten your treatment time or require rescheduling.

5. Medical Information

You must complete a full medical history form before treatment.
Inform us of any changes to your health, medication, or wellbeing before each appointment.

6. Age Policy

• Aesthetic treatments are for clients 18+ only.

• Hormone consultations may be offered to younger clients with parental consent.

7. Refunds

• No refunds for completed treatments, consultations, or prescriptions.

• Refunds on products only if faulty or damaged.

8. Practitioner Rights

We may decline or discontinue treatment if it is not in your best interest or if relevant medical information is not disclosed.

9. Privacy

All information is handled in line with GDPR.
